For bulk licensing we generate a Purchase Order for your accounts department and accept payment by bank transfer.
When payment is complete use the Agent DVR tab to assign your licenses. You will see a new option to use a credit instead of purchasing.
If you're not installing Agent DVR yourself you'll need to ask people to send you their Unique ID from the licensing tab in Agent DVR Server Settings - Licensing.
