Filing a bug report?
- Download the latest version. If you're using an older version it's possible your problem has already been fixed.
 - Try to isolate the camera or microphone that is causing the issue and let us know how you are connecting to it.
 - Include steps to reproduce (if we can't reproduce the error it's unlikely we'll be able to fix it)
 - Include relevant output from the most recent logs (Click on Server - Logs in the UI) or if not available run Agent from the terminal and capture the output there.
 - Include any relevant windows event log data
